Challenge:

Morley was in need of a cohesive, modern visual identity to unify its three distinct business units while honoring its long-standing reputation. Their digital presence was fragmented, outdated, and lacked alignment across the divisions.

Solution:

Led a full-scale rebrand, including a redesigned Morley logo and new identities for its three divisions: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Meetings & Incentives (M&I), and Exhibits & Displays (E&D). Designed and developed four interconnected websites—one for the Morley brand and individual sites for each division. Created a complete visual system spanning collateral, career sites, social media presence, and motion graphics to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
