Enterprise Rebrand Across Three Business Units

Diamond Cabinets needed a clear, efficient way to communicate brand value within a crowded retail environment. The work had to align Diamond’s identity with Lowe’s in-store expectations while operating under strict budget, timing, and placement constraints.

I led the art direction and motion design for a brand film built specifically for retail context, prioritizing clarity, pace, and immediate comprehension. The final piece delivered a focused message that supported sales conversations at the shelf and scaled across Diamond’s retail footprint without overproduction.

Solution:

I led the motion graphics and art direction for the project, beginning with interviews of key decision-makers at Diamond Cabinets to uncover strategic goals and creative preferences. From there, I developed detailed storyboards and style frames to establish visual alignment. I then produced the final video using a combination of custom motion graphics and carefully selected stock footage to deliver a polished, on-brand visual narrative.
